Hi, I'm Jenny.

I've been teaching yoga, breathwork, and soul-based coaching for over 13 years, across three countries.

Everything I offer grew from my own searching: for belonging, for ease, for a way home to myself. I grew up in Germany, moved to the Middle East, and then to the Netherlands.

Each move meant starting over. And I did, every time.

I'm based in The Hague and work in person and online worldwide.
