What I offer

I offer two workshops. Each addresses a different but connected challenge that organisations face today.

Ease & Resilience at Work

A practical, science-based workshop for teams navigating the demands of modern work. Participants learn to recognise the early signs of chronic stress, regulate their nervous system in real time, and build simple recovery practices that fit into a working life.

The result is not just a better day at the office. It is sustainable performance — for everyone in the room, and for the organisation that depends on them.

Menopause in the Workplace

One in four women in the workplace is currently experiencing menopause symptoms. Navigating it alone, in silence, while trying to perform at their best.
 

As a certified Menopause Yoga teacher, I offer a safe, informed, and practical session combining specialist yoga, breathwork, and soul-based coaching.
A certified menopause nurse can be included for evidence-based health information.


Format and group composition — women-only, mixed awareness, or both — are discussed together. We find what works best for your organisation.

About Jenny

I began teaching in Qatar over 13 years ago — and have since worked with individuals, groups, and organisations across the Netherlands and beyond.

My work combines practical nervous system tools with professional training in breathwork and soul-based coaching, creating workshops that are immediately applicable and genuinely felt.

I don't deliver generic wellness programmes. Every workshop is shaped around the people in the room. Where they are, what they're carrying, and what will actually help them.
